Behind every successful man there has lot of unseen failures. Sometime, struggling are exactly what we need in our life.


This is  a story about a struggling boy who is belonging from neighbouring of india but born in India. The boy face lots of struggle in his life but still his confident and hardwork make him best . struggle already  started in his life but this story begins from his secondary education. In 12th his two subject of non-medical marked supplementary. He had not much money to fill form that time. But he have believe in himself and started job, doing night shift in BPO (call center), part time as computer tutor in coaching Institute, did job day night & filled re-examination form & passed his +2 bi annual. And then in his college he opt for commerce in Govt. SPMR College of Commerce + doing part time job as well. But destiny drag him away that he never thought, he join NCC (NAVAL WING). He learnt extra drill, after finishing NCC fallin, he gave extra fallin to improve himself in drill. Ustad teach him every day and he also learnt with full passion & crazyfully. And the good point of that boy is he never afraid and never feel low during fallin . He have same power, craz everytime . He learnt with all his dedication that he want to be a successful man.


One day, his ustad took boy with himself. Senior ustaad told the boy that to teach and take fallin of cadet as their instructor by just supposing you're senior, "Now you teach what ever you learnt from your ustaad". Boy got nervous 1st time but he gave best and taught the other cadets , with their true passion and full of energy. Ustad give more opportunity to improve more and been a perfect. During this he left his job because he really want to get more and extra knowledge of drill. After all, the boy went to camp of their Nau Sanik in 2017. when he went in camp he selected as a Contingent Commander for Nau Sanik in Drill and as Best Cadet Competition. Finally Day comes and Nau Sainik Team went Karwar, karnataka for Competition. The boy who was Contingent Commander also in Shooting Team. During his shooting competition his left ankle got twisted, 2-3 days just before the Drill competition and that was so painful even he wasn't able to walk properly but he never showed anyone how it was paining to him. He cried Silently and didn't tell anyone. He used spray for relief and massaged his ankle all night. Now he was Better but problem hadn't get over, at evening just before drill competition, 2 Bee Bite on his left hand. Again he was in trouble. For few minutes he was in tense that now how he will perform his refile drill. But as he remind that refile will in right hand he relaxed and focused on his Drill competition. Revised the procedure of Drill Competition. 
Now that was last competition of NSC-17

Everyone was in Tense. Even PI staff was in tension what will happen. The boy noticed every thing. He tried to motivate everyone & said forget everything, forget what our position had in others events. This is a last competition as we heard "ek Goli ek dushman"
Same as "ek event ek position" & that was 1st.
But no one heard sincerely, even one of them said.. " Ab tu mat hume bata ki kya krna hai".
The boy get sad but he didn't low his morale. 
Now waiting was over, their turn had come they performed and get Drill Trophy (1st Rank). They Ranked 3rd in Nau Sanik-17. They made History, First time they came 3rd and He is 1st Cadet of Govt SPMR College of Commerce become a Contingent Commander of Nau Sainik and get Drill trophy(1st position  and 3rd Ranked in over all position in NSC-17.

"Shod di job time Dia passion Ko,
Concentrate Kia sikhane pe,
Shod Dia fashion Ko,
Adopt ki high skill,
Today all that they say he had hard drill"



After this he and thier cadets whom he trained for RDC went for Pre RDC for RDC-and he heard that his cadet to whom they trained on the demand of his ustaad all the 31 cadets get selected in RDC 2018 (Within 1st year ).

"Sikhani jadu drill hove senne vich shor chahida, 
Bnde samne 100 hoon teh galle vich zoor chahida
4 bnde ch bekay gallan nhi kri diya
UstAad changa ae pr o kehnde ne  sannu koi hoor chahida"



But this achievement goes to the boy because his hardwork and confident and best drill. That boy also went for pre RDC but due to exam of Directorate BC (BEST CADET)  he wasn't there during selection of RDC 2018 and time get over for the selection. But his passion never ends here.

After that he selected in Inter Directorate Shooting Competition in chandigarh 2018. It was a opportunity to him to get selection in DG Team and further to Indian shooting Team. 
But he just qualified for next level. He was in Top 20. But it was his destiny. At last day at Chandigarh, he heard that during NSC best cadet competition he scored well and have a name in merit of OSD Cruise (OverSeas Deployment) , 3 different countries as MALAYSIA, INDONESIA AND SINGAPORE . And he only from J&K for OSD.
And September 2018 he went for OSD. 
After coming back. He trained and made a contingent of 15-16 cadets for RDC-19 and he fought selfless for fair selection and PI Staffs even Officers blaming him why his name pointed out everytime and till end he fought without any Intension even he was ready to drop RDC for cadets whom he trained but all (cadets and the boy) got selected and gone for RDC 2019.

Khud he gira, khud he sambhalta
Hamesha sbko appreciate Kia
kyunki Thapa kisi se Ni jalta."



We are great to have this man with us and inspire as that "what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” .
The boy get BEST CADET & CONTINGENT COMMANDER in drill in 2017.
In 2018 they went for OSD cruise.
In 2019 , selected for RDC and at last he get DG COMMENDATION medal which is awarded for outstanding acts ..... And YES .....!!!!! The name of boy is CDT. CAPT. VISHAL THAPA (NAVAL CRUISE HOLDER) .

A successful man is on who can lay a firm foundation with the brick other have thrown at him....
